3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription Plans

Clawmate offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Tiny Paws (Free): Basic features including 1 pet profile, limited AI chats, and basic reminders
• Happy Tails ($9.99/month): Enhanced features including multiple pets, unlimited AI chats, and health reports
• Pack Leader ($19.99/month): Premium features including family sharing, calendar sync, and priority support

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. AI Disclaimer

The AI features in Clawmate are designed to provide general information and suggestions about pet care. This is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet. Clawmate is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (photos, notes, data) you upload to Clawmate. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to harm or exploit animals
