Managing your subscription

Upgrade or Downgrade Anytime

You can manage your plan directly from the app.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. You will see your current plan (Tiny Paws, Happy Tails, or Pack Leader).
  3. To Upgrade: Click "Upgrade" on the plan you want. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout.
  4. To Cancel/Downgrade: Click "Manage Subscription". This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel or change plans.

Note: If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
