- File Size: We accept images up to 5MB. If your photo is huge (e.g., raw camera file), try compressing it or taking a screenshot of it.
- Format: We support JPG, PNG, and WEBP. HEIC (iPhone default) is supported on most modern browsers, but if it fails, try converting to JPG.
- Permissions: If on mobile, ensure you've granted the browser access to your photo library.
